My phone died when I got to the store and the owner let me charge it for a few minutes! He was really kind.

Great, easy experience! The staff were friendly and the check in and checkout were quick and easy. They put my bags in a staff room in the back of the store for extra security. Would def recommend this location and use it again!

Great location, friendly staff and my bag was kept safe in a back room. Just think they need refreshing on how to use the service. Originally refused to scan the QR code, although as a customer it says to ensure they scan the QR code. They have also not since checked out my bag, so it’s staying In overdue on picking up my bag, despite picking it up on time.

Well we left our bags in the middle of the very crowded stationary. Didn’t feel safe ( not put in a separate room) but the bags was there when we returned so everything worked out well.

It was not as seamless as I would have liked but the young man was polite and my bags were stored for a couple of hours while we skated

Process was easy to book and we just showed the confirmation and left our luggage. Returned with the printed confirmation and skipped the line to pick up our luggage. Pretty easy and fair price per luggage.
