An easy check-in/check-out experience and really great location. Just 2 small things to improve: 1) more security when it comes to checking in - all I was asked was to take a picture of my bag - there was no checking of booking code etc 2) the opening/closing times on Google maps aren’t the same as on the Bounce app which gave me a slight scare! I.e google maps was showing the store closes at 8pm when in fact I had booked my luggage collection for 8.30pm. But all good in the end…

Your service was excellent. The staff handled our bags carefully, and gave us a sense of bags would be safe. Bag tags were given to us for each bag. It was easy to book online to use Bounce the next day. Drop off was very easy and pick up was also very easy. Staff were friendly and professional. I highly recommend Bounce at this location. The store hours listed on the webpage are not accurate. The store was closed from 1pm-3pm but it did not state this on the webpage when I booked. The website allowed me to book a time slot for 1:30 but when we arrived, the place was closed until 3. We had an easy drop off/ pick up experience once the place opened again at 3pm but I wish I knew the hours ahead of time.

The location was a bit hard to find and inconvenient to be reached but the check in/out agent was kind enough to explain a shortcut through the airport area. I had the expectation that the bags would be stored in the individual lockers but they were in a common area. Maybe it would be good to mention this somewhere on the site. Still, all in all the service was good and I really recommend it.
