This was my first time using Bounce, and it was amazing! Our flight wasn’t until 5 PM, and we got to enjoy a full day without lugging around heavy bags. This storage center is a Greek restaurant, and it’s only a couple minute walk from Broadway. There were a ton of other people dropping off their bags when I got there, so it was comforting to know so many other people were using it too. We’ll definitely do this again!

Top ratedThis was the perfect solution for us. We needed to check out of our rental by 11:am. Our flight home was not until 8:30pm. We were able to store our luggage and enjoy the rest of our day at the local Oktoberfest celebrations. Our luggage was secured with a special zip tie. We only wish there would have been a receipt that matched the zip ties. I would definitely use this service again.

Though I am no fan of the extra charge for 10k of insurance on my luggage worth about 100 bucks including contents and do not like the additional charge for unspecified “taxes and fees” this place is a winner and earned a small gratuity from me for their efforts.

The folks at this location were incredibly friendly and kind. It was my first time using the service but they knew what they were doing so it made me feel like I was in good hands. They tag your bags and an employee takes the bags to the specific place that they hold them in the store. If you choose this location, you’d also be supporting a local business and they have a wide variety of products for outdoor enthusiasts if you’re interested in shopping!
