Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Washington D.C.

The staff was nice, I booked bounce because it said 4.10/day, but after 3hrs of our time slot it already said our time is over and we have to pick our stuff up (which was impossible for us, because we were further away). So I tried to call bounce (no one expect ai picked up and through these automated texts I didn’t get any further). I tried to call the yotel which cooperates with bounce, but they couldn’t really help me with my concern. She just told us we have to pay when we get back even though I explained her it said everywhere 4.10/day/bag and not per 3hrs. I tried to call bounce AGAIN, and found one phone number online but it was from a different country out of the us and no one picked up. Long story short, they didn’t make us pay but have bad customer service in my opinion.

This location is close to the Capitol/Library of Congress area, so I was able to download the app and set up a reservation to drop off our bag, which couldn't be taken into the Capitol, the same morning. It was so easy, I just brought the bag into the gym and took a photo of it, which I showed the staff at pick up so they could retrieve it and send me on my way. Now that I know about the Bounce app, I will use it more often. At this particular location, the staff were very helpful and accommodating, particularly a gentleman named Moses whose friendly demeanor set the positive tone for this experience. I will absolutely use this service and location again if I get the opportunity to make it to DC in the future.

An excellent location (easy to find, access and within walkable distance to the White House etc.) and very helpful owners who went above and beyond. Would recommend any day! Specifically: I was met with a very friendly owner and his employee and after affixing a set of tags to my luggage (backpack and suitcase) I was on my way. It was not an issue to retrieve an item from my backpack during the day. Once back at the end of the day, I was dealt with efficiently and even helped with my onward journey.

Amazing and convenient location. Needed to store luggage after a flight before my airbnb was ready. Didnt wana carry big luggage around and this was perfect solution. Items are kept behind the counter so there is peace of mind that my stuff was safe. Inside a convenient store as well with plenty of snacks and selections to choose from. Loved it. I will be using this service again.

This store was amazing with me. So helpful and kind. I was in such a hurry i forgot to ask for the manager’s name- can’t thank him enough, he helped me with my bus instructions when my phone died and offered to carry my luggage until the bus stop. Would definitely book again - 100% recommended

Not to do with the store but with the app- they should have a place for the name and not just email address as that is how the location asks to verify you with the ID and my name was not in the email address. The woman was very friendly about it and allowed me to show the email confirmation.

Helped our trip out tremendously! Our hotel had an early check out and our flight was much later in the day-- and the hotel didn't have luggage storage available. L St. Hair Station saved the trip and managed to have better customer service than the hotel. The luggage is placed in a section of the barbershop that is attended all day by the stylists, and for me, that's better security than having it locked in an unknown room. We managed to see another museum while our luggage was with L St.

The experience at the store was great. It is conveniently located near the White House, so if you need to drop off your bags before going on the tour it is ideal. So I liked the store and the staff they were friendly, however my experience with the Bounce app was horrific. I tried it on two different phones, both of which are flagship phones not cheap ones, and the app would just freeze. I wasn't even being able to view my order to check in, even though I place my order initially on the Bounce website and had already paid. It was very annoying and thankfully the store owner was able to get things worked out even though the app was not working.

Kind of strange, there was a random man roaming free when we first arrived with no staff in site. Bags seemed to be in same condition when we picked them up though.
