Very good location

It was quick and efficient!

It was open late so it was good for storing luggage. However, if you do not log in when using the Baus app, your reservation record may disappear when you check out later than the reservation. The staff member was different from the one who checked in, so they said that you cannot take it until you confirm the reservation. You can check the reservation record in the email connected to Google Pay. If you made a reservation without logging in, I recommend checking the email connected to payment. Since the staff member is very thorough with security, I thought I could leave my luggage with peace of mind. Also, I felt even more secure because they left my luggage in a triple-security warehouse(?) instead of just a store! If I have to leave my luggage nearby again, I will leave it there again.

When we arrived at the establishment the people were friendly and kept our suitcases until we had to go to the airport. The truth is that they are very nice and if I return to Paris I would leave my suitcases with them again.

Easy process. This is the first time I used bounce and didn’t know what to expect. We arrived with our bags and they stored them immediately and securely.

Very nice hosts and our luggage was kept safe. We had out doubts as first as it was the back of a restaurant, in a basement behind a rubbish bin, but it felt clean and we felt safe as soon as we spoke to the waitress and owner. Thank you!

The owner was so kind and friendly and the location was also great because the restaurant is near the station(Saint Michel) and it took me only 2-3 minutes to walk from station.
