This location and staff were wonderful. No hassle and accommodations were 24/7. Extremely reasonable rates as well. Highly recommend.

Attentive and very kind people

Luggage is placed in the basement in front of the Office but no door to be locked. Luggage stands in front of a backdoor to the indoor parking of the hotel. When I arrived for pick up people where doing a small bday party right besides my suitcase. Staff is friendly though.

Please inform the customer that after 7pm the hotel has no receptionist, leaving only the guard on duty and between his rounds it may take a while for the delivery of luggage. Also, be careful when going down the stairs, especially with large suitcases. Otherwise everything is fine. Practical and safe service.
