You new staff member didn’t know how to check in or check out bags, I left my QR code and pin with her to complete check out but she didn’t do it, I had to contact support to get it done ✅

This is perfect if you're going to the US consulate and need to drop your bag. They just keep it behind the counter, and don't give you any proof that you have left your bags there, but it all turned out just fine. I would use this service again.

Very quick friendly service both checking in and out. No fuss.

It was friendly and quick, but I never received anything in return for dropping my bag off for example a receipt or anything, which I found a bit strange. It was simply placed behind the counter and I picked my bag up an hour later.
