Maybe a notice on Window stating the added business clearly, as I was redirected twice, b/C the 1st venue was closed, and the second was not even there(demolished), while the 3rd venue gave an address of 308 Devonshire St, Surry Hills, and when I arrived, the address on the app changed to 306 Devonshire St, right before my eyes 👀😳🙄🤔

Good store and easy to find

According to the address shown on the Google map, we didn’t know where it was. It will be better if Bounce can also provide the name of the store so that it will be easier to find it.

When we arrived, a member of staff initially said that they couldn't keep our luggage. However, after showing them that we had already booked and paid, they got another member of staff who took our cases. It was easy to collect the cases back after the few days.
