They were very cordial, as I wasnt sure how the process worked. The staff secured my bag so I didnt have to drag it through Boston all day. At pick up time, they allowed me to stay inside until the Uber came to pick me up. Very convenient to the location of my Airbnb. I will certainly use the service again, and downloaded the app to my phone. Thanks

Private gym access through a private elevator. We felt very safe leaving our bags with them. We were dropped off by an Uber and the nice door man across the street even helped us with our baggage. Clean location just across from the train station. We had to check out of our hotel by 10 AM but wanted to spend more time in the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I highly suggest this location.

We had the most brilliant service today from the team at Whisky and Wine. We checked in on time, and then the guy when we collected our luggage was great. He let us book Uber from the shop, and we had watched the soccer game until our Uber arrived. The best service, thank you. Mark & Maddy

There should be an extra security step to verify ownership. First the luggage is inside the store but not behind a counter. Everyone acceding the store can see the lugagges or potentially take them. At check out we were sled which one was our luggage amongst the lugares there. No verification Therefore any one can point and take any luggage. Maybe the store owner or the app should implement a picture of the luggage at check in taht is linked to the check in number.

We were thankful to be able to drop off our luggage while we had time post cruise before our flight. We felt our bags were secure. We added two additional bags which took some time, but that was my mistake . Matt was awesome. We got to hear the story of what they do there in the community. And, he saved us a ton of money by explaining how easy it is to take the train to the airport instead of a taxi.

Very convenient to leave my bags here while I explored Boston. They let me keep them there all day past the posted check out time. Very friendly people. It was my first time using this service so I was hesitant to turn my bags over to a stranger in some random 7-11 but I bought some pad locks and felt better having my belongings secured. Would recommend. Cool service.

The store was absolutely amazing! The two guys that helped us were very personable and it was such an easy experience! It's literally just up the street from Fenway which was perfect for us to attend a game as our flights got in late and we didn't have time to stop at the hotel before the game. Will definitely use them again if need be!

I saw a bunch of reviews stating that the security is a bit light etc. My experience was the same. The folks in the shop were super friendly and helpful, had me take a photo of my luggage when I left it in the back room and then I had to show it when I collected. But the back room is accessible by random shop customers. It would feel better if there was a locked area or something like that. Nevertheless, overall a good experience.

The guys were super nice and everything went smoothly. It was a little weird to just drop off the bags in the mini mart. I had assumed we would take them into the back room ourselves, but the guys took them and brought them back and absolutely no problem. It was a great solution since our hotel couldn’t store our bags and our flight was later in the day. The location was great too!

Nick was amazing! I love that the market was unmarked "bounce" and he gave us great pointers of how to get to the airport quickly! So friendly and kind! Their market is also very reasonably priced!
