Top 10 Bounce luggage storage locations in Honolulu

This is my first time using bounce and I would definitely recommend this exact location for luggage storage if any of my friends is traveling to Honolulu! The store staff is super friendly and kind; and the store opens until a late hour as well; the store front has two large loading zone that you can temporarily park your car for 20 mins. Super convenient, I would give a 110 out of 100 rating if I could!

This location is located across the street from Ala Moana Center's parking lot. We stored our bags here after we checked out our hotel so we can go shopping before our 10pm flight. The staff is friendly and our belongings were secure. I highly recommend this spot.

Friendly service, the attendance from the scuba company were friendly and helpful. it was a little disconcerting that there was no Bounce Identication on site at all. We basically had to trust the scuba companies attendant to. Lock up our items. Otherwise, the process was smooth.

This was my first time using bounce and I was really impressed by how easy inconvenient it was. My drop off process was quick and easy, the guy at the desk was really friendly, I had no issues. My only concern was when I picked up my belongings, the woman working opened the storage room and said go ahead and grab yours. So I could’ve grabbed any bag at that point as she wasn’t verifying. I was looking around the room and noticed my luggage wasn’t there. I started to panic and said multiple times that it wasn’t in the room, but she assured me it was probably just under some other things but it was three large pieces so I knew it wasn’t. After starting to panic, she checked another spot and they had putt it in a different storage room, which is fine, just caused a little panic while trying to find my stuff. I will definitely use bounce again, and would even probably use this location again, but would’ve felt safer if I wouldn’t have had access to anyone else’s belongings.

Easy central location, I did feel a bit nervous that the bags were just left in the store and not somewhere more secure but overall got them back no problem and the store owner was lovely.

Works well when the store person knew about our reservations. We handed our carry on luggage and it's done efficiently. When we returned, the same person brought our luggage out. Very smooth and quick. For Bounce, the policy can be better when our luggage is small and light. It'd have helped if we could leave our backpacks with our small luggage as well without extra charges. The combined sizes and weights of our luggage and backpack are less than big suitcases. The store should have some leeway to keep our backpacks as well.
