There was no Bounce sign on the location. The employee didn’t know about my reservation, and wanted to charge by cash though I paid online. So the process was not smooth

it's a souvenir shop, thanks just dropping our luggage as it is near the station and the anne frank house

Like the other comments, the stairs are rather steep but convenient to the station and lovely staff

Friendly staff, luggage is in a secure location where you can only enter accompanied by a member of staff. As a plus, there are several people who speak Spanish.

Well located and easy drop off and pick up

Convenient location only a few minutes walk away from central station. There wasn't lockers or anything as expected just the upstairs of a shop where other guests checking their luggage in/out could access your belongings, the staircase was narrow and steep but I would definitely use again.

Great experience. Everything is perfect. They put them in a storage room inside the store. The staff is VERY friendly.

You have to carry your suitcases up a narrow and steep staircase into an unsecured room. Such information should be provided in advance, as not everyone will be able to do this.
